Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UI design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment
- Proficient in Figma (design systems, components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping)
- Strong understanding of typography, grids, spacing, and responsive design
- Able to solve UI challenges creatively and deliver practical, user-focused solutions, with the ability to interpret briefs effectively
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for smooth handoffs to developers
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation and enhancements
- Attention to detail and consistency across design systems, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting ideas to teams and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
- Collaborative, self-driven, and open to feedback, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Keen to stay updated on UI trends and best practices
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting project design leads, taking website design concepts and creating scalable, production-ready design systems to ensure a seamless build handover that aligns with original design vision
- Work in close partnership with technical teams, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard, including handoff discussions and design QA where required
- Manage your workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality UI solutions, adapting to changing priorities, deadlines and project requirements
- Contribute to component-based design thinking, ensuring consistency, reusability, and scalability across projects
- Collaborate as part of a global, multidisciplinary team, working openly and effectively with colleagues from different cultures and time zones
- Share your passion for digital design with the wider team, contributing ideas, insight and inspiration to structured ideation and design critique sessions
