Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI Designer, based in Delhi, OH. The UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and aesthetically appealing user interface designs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring responsive designs across multiple devices. The role also involves conducting user research, refining designs based on feedback, and staying updated with industry trends to continually enhance design quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in User Interface Design, Wireframing, and creating Prototypes
- Experience with User Research and integrating feedback into design revisions
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure design feasibility
- Strong attention to detail and a user-centric mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred
