🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a UGC Video Creator who can ideate, shoot, and create high-performing content for D2C brands. You should understand trends, hooks, and how to make videos that feel authentic yet convert.
🎬 Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and create UGC-style videos (Reels, ads, product videos)
- Shoot content using phone/camera setups
- Create hook-first, engaging scripts
- Collaborate with editors for final output & variations
- Stay updated with trending formats, sounds & viral styles
- Create content optimized for performance marketing (ads)
📱 Content Scope
- Product demos & reviews
- Problem → solution videos
- POV / relatable content
- Testimonial-style videos
- Trend-based reels
🤝 Collaboration
- Work with marketing & performance teams
- Coordinate with editors/designers for content output
- Assist in influencer-style content planning
✅ Requirements
- Experience in UGC / content creation (personal or brand)
- Strong understanding of reels, hooks & storytelling
- Comfortable in front of camera (or directing content)**
- Ability to create high-volume, fast content
- Basic understanding of editing (CapCut / mobile editing)
🚀 Bonus Skills
- Experience with D2C brands / ads content
- Knowledge of performance creatives (Meta Ads)
- Ability to analyze what content performs
