We are looking for a UGC Strategist with 1–3 years of experience to drive high-performing content across digital platforms. This role involves building and executing UGC-led content strategies by working closely with creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders. Someone with prior experience in a digital or ads agency setup will be preferred, given the exposure to fast-paced execution and multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute UGC-first content strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals
* Conceptualize content ideas, hooks, scripts, and formats for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
* Develop scalable content frameworks for both ongoing and campaign-based content
* Work closely with creators to produce platform-native UGC content
* Identify, onboard, and manage creators across different campaigns
* Create clear briefs and guidelines ensuring alignment with brand tonality
* Collaborate with internal teams to create effective ad creatives
* Track content performance and iterate on formats based on insights
* Coordinate with design, editing, and account management teams for smooth execution
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and content pipelines across multiple brands
* Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and content formats
* Conduct basic research on competitors and audience behavior to inform content
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in UGC or digital content strategy
* Prior experience in a digital marketing or ads agency is preferred
* Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and content trends
* Good understanding of hooks, retention, and content storytelling
* Experience working with creators and managing content pipelines
* Ability to interpret basic performance metrics and improve content accordingly
* Ability to handle multiple brands and categories simultaneously
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
* Exposure to ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
* Basic understanding of video editing and content production
