Pawzz Foundation is an animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and caring for stray animals, while also building a social impact platform that empowers NGOs, communities, and changemakers.

We are looking for a creative and driven UGC Manager Intern who can help us turn real stories into powerful content and build an engaged digital community.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source, curate, and manage user-generated content from volunteers, feeders, and supporters across platforms
• Coordinate with on-ground teams to capture authentic stories, feeding drives, rescues, and transformations
• Develop content ideas that highlight impact, community involvement, and social change
• Engage with our audience by encouraging content submissions, testimonials, and participation
• Work closely with the social media and marketing team to align UGC with campaigns and outreach goals
• Maintain a structured content bank for reels, posts, and storytelling
