Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled UGC (User-Generated Content) Department Lead for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru East. As the UGC Department Lead, you will oversee the creation, curation, and management of user-generated content, while leading a dynamic team of content creators and strategists. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing strategies for UGC campaigns, maintaining an efficient workflow, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing the performance of content initiatives to optimize future campaigns. The role also involves fostering a supportive and creative environment, offering guidance, and driving innovation across the team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in User-Generated Content (UGC) strategy development and campaign management
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation, curation, and editing tools
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Previous experience in leading content or marketing teams is highly desirable
- Knowledge of AI tools and cloud-based content management systems is a plus
