About the Role
We are looking for a UGC Creator who can create engaging, relatable, and high-converting content for our brand.
Your primary responsibility will be to create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that feel native, authentic, and performance-driven — not overly polished ads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, enjoys being on camera (or directing content), and knows what makes content go viral.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Ideate and execute UGC-style ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
- Stay updated with trends, hooks, and viral formats
- Write scripts, shoot, and edit videos independently (or with minimal support)
- Experiment with different content angles, hooks, and storytelling formats
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to create ad creatives
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Act as the on-camera personality/face of the brand for content (ads, organic, experiments)
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating short-form video content (personal or professional)
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats
- Basic video editing skills
- Ability to write hooks and engaging scripts
- Comfortable being on camera (or directing content if not appearing)
- Strong sense of storytelling and audience psychology
- Confidence, screen presence, and ability to represent a brand authentically
