What's the job about?
- This is a research and systems job.
- You'll figure out why content goes viral, build frameworks that turn those insights into briefs, and track performance until you know exactly what moved the needle.
- Your core KPI will be to take a project from 0 to 20M+ monthly views.
- You'll manage US-based UGC creators. You'll be good at that because you understand the system, not because you're a people person.
