Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UGC (user-generated content) creator based in Bhopal. The UGC content creator will plan, script, and produce short-form content (such as videos, photos, and posts) that reflects authentic customer and creator experiences with Nextdeal’s platform. Responsibilities include researching real estate trends and user pain points, brainstorming content ideas, writing hooks and captions, and filming and editing content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns, testing different content formats, and tracking performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions. The UGC creator will engage with the community, encourage user participation, and gather feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including scripting, on-camera presence, and basic video and photo production.
- Experience editing short-form content using mobile or desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar).
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other creator-focused channels.
- Ability to research topics, identify user pain points, and translate insights into engaging, user-focused content.
- Clear, concise written communication skills for captions, post copy, and simple storytelling.
- Comfort working on-site in Bhopal, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to quickly learn the dynamics of property search and transactions.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage content calendars, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a UGC creator, influencer, or social media content creator is strongly preferred.
- Openness to being in front of the camera, experimenting with new formats, and iterating based on feedback and performance data.
