<strong>Reporting:</strong> Maintain an efficient "back office" by filing accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.</li>

<strong>Staff Development:</strong> Hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team focused on friendliness and punctuality.</li>

<strong>Teamwork:</strong> Instill a sense of common responsibility across all club functions to improve both the member and team member experience.</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<strong>Experience:</strong> Previous management experience required; background in the Health & Fitness or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.</li>

<strong>Skills:</strong> Highly organized with strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.</li>
<li>
<strong>Leadership:</strong> A proactive leader willing to take responsibility and solve problems regardless of the situation.</li>
<li>
<strong>Technical:</strong> Comfortable supervising point-of-sales (POS) operations and managing detailed administrative files.</li>
