About the role
Overview
Holds primary responsibility for providing a variety of administrative and clerical support to the customer service department. The office representative completes data entry workqueues, processes return mail, maintains account reconciliations, manages supplies, and takes meeting minutes for all department meetings. Also performs duties including but not limited to outgoing mail preparation, and incoming mail distribution.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
� High school graduate or equivalent.
� One-year customer service experience.
� Preferred typing skill level 45 cwpm.
� Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
� The ability to work well with all levels of corporate management and the general public.
� The ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and achieve successful outcomes in a team environment are necessary.
� Candidate must be well organized, self-motivating, versatile and able to work independently.
� Position requires exposure to and protection of confidential and sensitive information.

Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose
NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile
a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.
