Senior Product Structure Specialist

We are looking for a Product Structure Specialist! Product Structure is part of Project & Vehicle Integration organization within Vehicle Engineering in UDTT and has the responsibility to secure the quality of the product documentation. The role of Product Structure Specialist requires a very strong focus & drive to maintain the quality of project documentation by keeping customer focus in mind. Responsibilities and Duties Drive the development, maintenance, and communication of standardized methods for structuring Items to Variants, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the systems used within Vehicle Engineering. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to engineering teams on the correct documentation of Items and the creation of accurate Item to Variant Structures within the KOLA system. Review, manage, and approve Design Change Notes (DCNs) in KOLA, in accordance with the established project portfolios. Follow and enforce release processes, process instructions, global design instructions (GDIs), and internal standards to secure quality of product documentation. Participate in global forums and contribute to decisions regarding changes and improvements in Product Data Management (PDM) logic. Create and Manage the Object numbers for new and maintenance projects. Collaborate and provide input in various projects, including the evaluation of impacts due to changes in projects. Conduct KPI measurements to monitor and report on documentation quality, process compliance.
