Manager - IT Operations & Partner Management

We are looking for an IT Operations Leader to manage UD Global IT operations. The IT operations leader is responsible for managing onsite IT operations, end user support, and IT partner management. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, IT service desk, client device management, vendor/partner relationship management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in IT operations and partner management, as well as the ability to problem solve and drive continuous improvement.
