当部署は、UDトラックスの国内販売部門にて全国ディーラー工場の本社として工場運営をサポートする部署です。

UDトラックスは全国に１３３の直営ディーラー工場があり、道路運送車両法における自動車特定整備事業および指定整備事業の適正運営、並びに安全作業、環境維持など工場運営に関する企画立案、課題解決、必要に応じた指導などを主に行っています。

独立資本の販売会社が直営の他３３工場には適正運営のための情報提供や必要に応じて研修などを実施します。

業務内容

・全国ディーラー工場を訪問し、安全、環境に関するチェックおよび改善サポートを実施。

・現場優先、三現主義（現場、現物、現実）に基づく安全や環境の現状把握と問題発見、課題解決。

・整備工場における労働災害の撲滅に向けた企画立案、計画策定およびその実行。

・安全や環境に関するトレーニングの企画立案及びその実行

・UDトラックスの販売部門における安全衛生委員会や安全会議の開催

・安全、環境に関する法令改正時などの対応

・部署の業務サポート、関連会議・プロジェクトへの参画

要件

Required

・大学卒業レベル

・安全衛生、環境等に関する基本的な知識、職務経験

・業務処理基準書や企画資料、トレーニング資料の作成等の高いスキル

・難解な内容を分かり易く説明できる理解力とプレゼン能力

・ポジティブシンキングと高いコミュニケーション能力

・法令、規則等の理解力に優れる

・自動車整備事業における経験やそれに類する知識があれば尚可

Preferable

・大型車の車両構造、整備方法に関する知識があれば尚可

・大型車メーカーなどでの業務経験があれば尚可

・英語力があれば尚可
