People & Culture Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and driving initiatives in the areas of talent management, performance management, competence development, leadership development and culture & engagement. UD Trucks aims to be a learning organization to respond to the current and future competence challenges in modern and smart way. Your role is critical in developing and engaging our leaders and professionals to contribute to the business growth and success.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of the global talent management processes and tools
  • Promote the performance and feedback focused culture (performance touchpoint)
  • Take the lead and execute the companywide competence and leadership development
  • Plan events to promote diversity & inclusion and improve engagement
  • Report on diversity targets locally and globally
  • Create the communication materials and organize sessions for the related initiatives
  • Coordinate with HRBPs and support functions/regions to ensure the deliveries
  • Cooperate with learning and development team (UD Academy) to design and deliver training programs
  • Work and align with system key users to meet the process needs
  • Closely working with Talent mgmt. and Culture team in Isuzu as Isuzu Group
