Assistant Technical Recruiter

As an Assistant Technical Recruiter, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for our various technical roles. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and match the right candidates for the open positions. Your responsibilities will include posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate records and tracking the recruitment process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
