Installation & Interfacing online technical support to the Service Engineers and customers during Rotary Table at maintenance.
Entering customer complaint in to Sales Force for Bangalore Region.
Organizing service visits with respect to complaints.
CNC knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens controllers etc.)
Recording & Monitoring Daily Customer Complaints.
Responsible for supporting to house service activities.
Technical support to the field engineers for Servicing / Installation
Arranging spares support required for customer, field engineers and in-house repair
Preparing the training document required for training with the help of Design Department
Training to field engineers and customers
To send the RT received for repair within the specific time
Participate in CAPA / root cause analysis meeting
