Statistical & AI modelling Scientist

Our Data Science team is at the heart of WMA Business, to manage and support data science efforts across different business areas. Our team is global based in US, Poland, China and India. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: • has a Bachelor's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Physics, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics or other relevant technical field from premier institute strong foundation in Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Machine Learning and Generative AI/LLM • has strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) including math behind the models and its practical implementations. Foundational knowledge in LangChain, LangGraph, and working with Vector Databases for advanced data retrieval and AI workflows • has proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, with experience in AI/ML libraries • excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
