Software Engineer - React / Fullstack

We’re building modern, secure, and elegant digital products for our Wealth Management business users. As a React / Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design and ship end to end features, modernize our UI, integrate with resilient back end services, and help evolve our platform for the cloud. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment and play an active role in technical decisions, architecture patterns, and engineering culture. What you’ll do:

• Build and integrate a new ReactJS-based UI with backend services, implementing key business functionality and preparing applications for the cloud.
• Own and deliver features end-to-end, from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, presenting work and incorporating feedback.
• Apply best practices in Agile and DevOps, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, reliability, and compliance.
• Write and maintain tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to improve code coverage.
• Guide and mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues promptly, proposing effective solutions.
• Advocate for client needs and ensure user-centric design in all deliverables.
• Contribute to engineering culture and internal communities.

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the WMPC EMEA Strategy and Product Management team in Pune with development responsibility for a key order routing system and with a focus on devising solutions for our business teams and clients. It is a demanding, fast paced, and exciting environment where innovation is embedded in our culture.

• 3+ years of experience building enterprise-level ReactJS applications.
• Strong proficiency in React (including Hooks), JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS .
• Experience implementing UX designs into responsive, scalable, maintainable UI solutions following industry standards and patterns.
• Skilled in handling large data sets on the UI and optimizing deployable bundles for performance.
• Familiarity with advanced UI libraries such as AG Grid, Highcharts, and SVG for data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating with REST APIs, JSON, and streaming integrations.
• Knowledge of API design and system integration best practices.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerized application development and deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficient with Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with code reviews, continuous integration, and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of authentication, security principles.
• Prior experience in the financial domain is a plus.
