Investment Banking Analyst - Private Funds Group (PFG)

We're looking for someone like that who can: • be a member of an investment banking team focused on providing capital advisory services to general partners - investing in private equity, venture, real estate, credit, infrastructure across Asia Pacific • perform due diligence on prospective general partners including assessment of the team and platform, investment strategy, process, and track record • contribute to the formulation and presentation of internal memos to the global committee based on the team's due diligence and analysis • support the team by preparing private placement memorandums, developing financial models, and producing marketing presentations • help to negotiate terms of engagement with prospective general partners, organize discussions, and lead new client on-boarding procedures • assist with internal projects such as producing country / sector studies, business origination pipelines and maintaining market intelligence on the private equity landscape • represent the PFG in establishing, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with general partners, limited partners, and other industry participants to assist in marketing UBS
