Billing Core Processing Specialist (US Shift)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Authorized Officer to join our Billing Operations team and play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction across our billing processes.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee and support day-to-day billing operations across multiple advisory programs and products, including Retirement Plan Consulting, Institutional Consulting, Financial Planning, and Mutual Funds.
• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Respond promptly and thoroughly to complex billing and compensation inquiries.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new users and team members.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, technical support, and development teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk, strengthen controls, and enhance customer experience.
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making authority in line with organizational policies.

You’ll be part of the Wealth Management USA – Billing Operations team, providing operational support for billing functions such as invoice generation, payment processing, outstanding income reporting, reconciliation, and responding to compensation questions from branch employees, clients, and product owners.

at We’re Looking For
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum 5+ years in an operations environment.
o Knowledge of reconciliation, trade corrections, and back office operations is a plus.
o Strong understanding of advisory programs and account billing operations.
o Experience working with offshore teams and managing cross-functional communication.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities at all levels.
o Advanced math and Excel proficiency.
o Familiarity with compliance standards and operational controls.
