You’ll be joining our Real Estate Finance Group (REF) within the Global Banking team. As part of REF, you’ll work alongside a team that combines deep real estate expertise with the broader capabilities of Global Banking. We deliver customized financing solutions to a diverse range of clients, leveraging our structuring creativity and unique global banking relationships to address complex challenges in the real estate sector.

We're looking for a candidate who:

•  is pursuing an undergraduate degree and expected to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028 and has a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
•  has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•  has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
•  is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
•  is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

During your 10-week paid internship, starting June 7 until August 13, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program within the Real Estate Finance Group after you've completed your studies.

The base rate of pay offered for this role is $52.88/hour
