Data Scientist - Wealth Management Technology

As a Data Scientist - Wealth Management Technology, you will support our Wealth Management division in developing data-driven, scalable solutions to serve our clients. You will work closely with Business partners, Data Engineers, and Software Developers to deliver innovative data science solutions that help drive growth and efficiency. This role is part of our Wealth Management Technology team and will be based in Pune. Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to understand their problems and identify data-driven solutions - Leverage a wide range of data science and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and extract meaningful insights from complex data sets - Design and implement robust data pipelines to enable efficient data processing and model deployment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize data science solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply them to drive continuous improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field - 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL - Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms and their applications - Experience in data manipulation, cleaning, and feature engineering - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver high-quality results
