2025 Graduate Talent Program – Financial Intermediaries Switzerland

Interested in working in finance, specifically within lending, investing and borrowing, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Financial Intermediaries Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You'll get to: • gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business • analyze complex situations and present findings in an easy and understandable way • learn about the different products and services we offer to help our clients execute their investment strategies You'll be working in the Financial Intermediaries team Deutschschweiz. We provide integrated financial solutions to independent financial advisors and multifamily offices in the german-speaking part of Switzerland. We're looking for a candidate who: • has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines • is fluent in German and English Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of financial intermediaries. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
