Junior ETD Execution Business Manager

We're looking for a junior analyst to join our team who can: Act as a partner to the EMEA ETD Execution Business, supporting the development and implementation of the ETD Execution Business Strategy Participate in key strategic and regulatory change initiatives on behalf of the EMEA ETD Execution Business Analyse and solve technical issues related to the ETD Execution business, driving solutions and remediation Strengthen the operational resiliency of the EMEA ETD Execution Business by promoting digitalization, encouraging collaboration and cultivating an innovative mindset that challenges the status quo Work closely with the wider ETD COO team within EMEA and across the APAC and AMER regions to drive profitability and cost discipline for the ETD desks as well as aligned global solutions Coordinate with supporting units (incl. Operations, Legal, Compliance & Operation Risk, Finance, Group Internal Audit and other stakeholders) to maintain a robust front-to-back control environment and act as a ETD Execution representative in key governance forums as relevant to the business/region
