Rider Operations Coordinator

About The Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of UberOne for mobility in Germany, expanding the penetration of Uber's premium product portfolio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as improving the visibility of, and engagement with, prioritized products and initiatives within the Uber Rides app.

You will be working closely with other DACH Rider Operations team members, EMEA Central Operations Premium POCs, and collaborate with the local teams, Tax, Legal, Global Membership Team, Product teams, as well as members of DACH's Driver Growth team.

What You'll Do

Uber One Mobility tasks include...

• End to end project management for increasing awareness of UberOne in DACH
• Driving user acquisition and engagement via promotional and non-promotional campaigns
• Product testing to assist in new technology / feature roll-outs
  
  

Premium tasks include...

• Quantitative analysis to highlight opportunities for portfolio trip growth, optimizing product requirements to ensure a best-in-class rider experience
• Drive engagement with the premium product portfolio, working with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Driver Operations, Marketplace Operations, Legal and Tax to scope, test and implement initiatives
  
  

If required by the needs of the market, the candidate is also expected to perform tasks in other areas of the Marketplace team, as outlined in the About the Role section.

Basic Qualifications

• Business level German language proficiency and fluency in English
• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting/project management/operations in a top tier consultancy, tech company, large business, startup or similar organization
• High degree of ownership and ability to drive workstreams forward, exemplifying strong planning and organizational skills and an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the desire to learn and understand complex topics
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Data-driven judgement and decision making mentality through excellent analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills to share information formally or informally with key stakeholders
• Some familiarity with Statistics / AB Testing
• Excellent Google Sheet skills and some SQL or other database/programming experience
