About The Role

We're looking for a leader to build, coach, and mentor a best-in-class Inside Sales team. Could that be you?

What You Will Do

  • You'll be in charge of a team of up to 10 Inside Sales Reps, keeping them motivated and making sure they hit their targets
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Field Sales team and other key stakeholders to design and execute coordinated sales campaigns, aligning priorities and ensuring transparency on goals and progress
  • Sales Performance Management: Set monthly sales goals, keep an eye on key metrics, and drive initiatives to keep everyone focused and hitting those targets
  • Talent Development: Help your team shine by providing regular feedback, training, and motivation so they can reach their full potential
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use business data to uncover insights, make smart decisions, and create effective sales plans that align with our goals
  • Foster Sales Culture: Create a positive and energetic environment that promotes success, creativity, and teamwork!

About you:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager, leading a front-line sales team
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, with an understanding of the sales lifecycle
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive motivation, upskill team members, and provide constructive feedback
  • Business acumen and the ability to identify industry trends, monitor competitive landscapes, and use this information to drive sales success
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data to generate insights and make business decisions
  • Strong communication skills to keep teams aligned, motivated, and engaged
  • Embody Uber's values: customer-centric thinking, fostering diversity, and maintaining integrity in all actions

Salesforce experience is a plus
