Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for UAV Pilots located in Bengaluru. The UAV Pilots will be responsible for operating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various project requirements, performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Additional duties include collaborating with team members for mission planning, maintaining accurate flight logs and data, and troubleshooting technical issues. Adherence to regulations and timely mission execution will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operating UAVs and knowledge of associated safety regulations
- Technical proficiency in UAV maintenance, troubleshooting, and software interfaces
- Strong understanding of aerial navigation, GPS systems, and flight planning
- Ability to analyze and interpret data collected from UAV flights
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Applicable certifications or training in UAV operations; a pilot license or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of relevant industries such as Aerospace or Defence is an advantage
