Job Description – UAV Pilot / Co-Pilot

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused UAV Pilot / Co-Pilot to support drone survey and
Mapping operations. The candidate will assist in mission planning, flight execution, and data
Acquisition for projects such as LSM, SWAMITVA, corridor mapping, and infrastructure surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute UAV survey missions as per project requirements
2. Support Pilot-in-Command during flight operations (for Co-Pilot role)
3. Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks
4. Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and SOPs
5. Conduct GCP marking coordination with DGPS team
6. Monitor flight parameters and ensure data quality
7. Maintain flight logs and documentation
8. Handle basic troubleshooting of UAV systems
9. Support image/data transfer and backup after missions
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 1 Year of UAV flying. experience(Trinity F90+/ VTOL Fixed Wing)
2. Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) preferred for Pilot role.
3. Knowledge of mission planning software (DJI Pilot, Mission Planner, etc.)
4. Basic understanding of photogrammetry workflows.
5. Familiarity with RTK/PPK concepts.
6. Willingness to travel to project sites.
7. Good understanding of safety procedures.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in mapping drones (Trinity F90+/ VTOL Fixed Wing)
2. Exposure to LSM / SWAMITVA projects.
3. Experience with GCP planning and DGPS coordination.
4. Basic GIS knowledge.
Educational Qualification:
1. Diploma / B.Tech / Any Graduate
2. Certified Drone Pilot training preferred
