BotLab Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled UAV Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building, testing, and refining UAV systems to meet high-quality standards. The selected candidate will work on complex UAV engineering challenges, contribute innovative solutions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced UAV technologies.
The role requires a strong understanding of embedded systems, electronics, and control systems, along with hands-on experience in UAV testing and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and test UAV systems, ensuring performance and safety compliance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing real-time solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine UAV technologies
- Conduct testing and performance evaluation in controlled and field environments
- Develop, integrate, and test embedded systems and UAV hardware
- Analyze and optimize system dynamics, controls, and electronics for performance and reliability
- Ensure systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in hardware design, debugging, building, and testing UAV systems
- Strong foundation in electronics, circuit design, UAV controls, and system dynamics
- Experience in embedded systems design and development for UAV applications
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for UAV system software development
- In-depth understanding of UAV architecture and real-time embedded programming
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UAV flight control systems, sensors, and avionics
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation
- Knowledge of robotics or automation systems
- Experience with UAV certification or regulatory compliance
