About the role
Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, chemical engineering, bioinformatics, computer science, engineering or related field; 3+ years managing/supervising/leading a team; 8+ years progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, analytical laboratory, standards-setting, regulatory or related scientific environments; demonstrated leadership in analytical laboratories; knowledge of USP compendial standards; experience with laboratory automation and digitalization; working knowledge of LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, data standards, APIs, interoperability, structured content, digital traceability.
