Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst, Aviation Capability Strategy Coordinator in the Air Warfare Division.,You will perform as a recognized authority in the analysis and evaluation of Naval Aviation strategic communications.,You will analyze the Command strategy implicit in the application of communication resources.,You will prepare both narrative and data-driven justifications and presentations to support programmatic plans and execution analysis.,You will ensure the completeness and compatibility of various leadership planning guidance, recommendations, and directions to ensure the effectiveness of organized Naval Aviation Enterprise efforts.,You will design and conduct comprehensive reviews assessing the impact of warfighting requirements on Navy missions.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience may include some of the following: 1) Navigating Naval Aviation programs and platforms; 2) Developing, evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of communications plans and sub-plans and determine the need for adjustment, ensuring their continued accuracy and evaluating their effectiveness; 3) Conducting assessments of Navy program success and alignment with higher echelon goals, objectives, and messages; 4) Articulating program dashboards to both internal and external leadership forums; and 5) Advising senior Navy and DoD leadership.
