Duties
You will coordinate appropriate physical examinations, drug tests, security checks, verify veterans' preference, and coordinate entrance on duty/release dates.,You will develop forms, templates, data displays using a variety of databases, spreadsheet, charts, and other programs.,You will complete purchase requests and maintain records and files for property, supplies, mail management, and other administrative requirements.,You will provide in processing and new employee orientation of all new hires to include completion of all required documentation and explanation of benefits and general working procedures.,You will answer routine customer questions and process work life program applications (e.g., leave transfer, telework, FMLA).,You will perform routine drug-testing coordinator functions (e.g., orders test kits and conducts testing).
Qualifications
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support and performing clerical tasks in all areas of Human Resources functions (e.g., Staffing & Recruitment, Classification, Labor & Employee Relations, Training & Development, Office Automation, and HR Program Administration). GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with providing administrative support to customers in all areas of Human Resources functions (e.g., Staffing & Recruitment, Classification, Labor & Employee Relations, Training & Development, Office Automation, and HR Program Administration). This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management. No PCS will be paid. Recruitment/relocation incentives MAY be considered.
