Position: U.S. Immigration Attorney (Independent Counsel / Company Representative)
Location: Remote (United States)

Croyez Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading immigration consultancy providing global immigration solutions to individuals and corporate clients. We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed Immigration Attorney to represent our company and assist with employment-based immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our company and clients in U.S. employment-based immigration matters.
- Prepare, review, and file H-1B petitions, including cap cases, cap-exempt petitions, transfers, amendments, and extensions.
- Prepare and file L-1A petitions, including new-office and blanket L-1 applications.
- Draft legal support letters and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other USCIS communications.
- Advise employers on immigration compliance, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), I-9 compliance, and related employment regulations.
- Review corporate and beneficiary documentation to ensure compliance with USCIS requirements.
- Provide legal guidance on complex employment-based immigration cases.
- Coordinate with our processing team to ensure timely preparation and submission of petitions.
- Attend client consultations when legal representation is required.
- Stay updated on USCIS regulations, policy changes, and employment-based immigration laws.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
- Demonstrated experience handling H-1B and L-1A petitions.
- Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures, Department of Labor regulations, and employment-based immigration law.
- Experience preparing responses to RFEs and NOIDs.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with an international immigration team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
- Experience representing corporate employers and multinational companies.
- Familiarity with employment-based immigrant visas (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), PERM, O-1, and E visas is an advantage.
