Responsibilities: Recruitment Rockstar: College Partnerships: Build lasting relationships with colleges and universities to create a thriving volunteer pipeline. Think campus ambassadors, career fairs, and partnerships that really make a difference. Volunteer Acquisition: Dream up creative campaigns that attract passionate volunteers. From onboarding to training, ensure their U&I journey starts strong. Project Management: Plan and execute recruitment campaigns that align with U&I’s mission, tracking metrics to refine strategies as you go. Tech Enthusiast: Master our Volunteer Management System (VMS) to streamline operations, provide training, and use data to boost volunteer retention. Teach Manager Extraordinaire: City Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of a city learning center, creating a safe and inspiring space for students and volunteers alike. Volunteer Support: Train, mentor, and cheer on volunteers to deliver impactful teaching sessions. Community Builder: Host workshops and events that foster a sense of belonging and excitement within your city center. Academic Insights: Track student progress and recommend actionable steps to enhance learning outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Must Haves: A bachelor’s degree in any field and a passion for education and social impact. Experience in recruitment, project management, or volunteer management (bonus points for working with academic institutions!). Stellar communication and networking skills to connect with stakeholders. A tech-savvy attitude—you’ll be diving into new tools and systems. An organized, analytical mind with an eye for detail. Nice to Haves: Event planning chops to pull off community-building events. A knack for using data to make smarter decisions. A collaborative spirit that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
