🚀 Hiring: Multi-Brand Two-Wheeler Technical Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Brand Two-Wheeler Technical Trainer to join our team.
📍 Role Overview
- Deliver technical training for service technicians, workshop staff, and sales teams
- Handle training across brands like Hero, Honda, Bajaj, TVS, Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Suzuki
- Focus on engine systems, EFI, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom & hands-on training sessions
- Train on diagnostics, EFI systems, and electrical repairs
- Prepare training materials (PPT, Excel reports, assessments)
- Support workshops with practical demonstrations
- Maintain training records and performance reports
🎓 Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years experience in two-wheeler technical training/service
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with OEM brands (Yamaha, Honda, Royal Enfield, etc.)
💡 Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of engines, EFI, and electrical systems
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- languages English & Tamil, Hindi, Kannada
- Good communication and training ability
🌍 Work Details
- Travel required across service centers and dealerships
- Mix of classroom, workshop, and on-site training
