Role Description This full-time, on-site Two-Wheeler Fleet Manager (Hyperlocal/QuickCommerce) role is based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The position is responsible for overseeing daily two-wheeler fleet operations for hyperlocal and quick commerce deliveries, including route planning, allocation of riders, and ensuring on-time delivery performance. The role involves monitoring vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory norms. The Fleet Manager tracks key operational metrics, analyzes performance data, and implements process improvements to enhance service quality and cost efficiency. The role also includes coordinating with operations, logistics, and vendor partners, resolving on-ground issues quickly, and providing clear guidance and support to delivery personnel.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, including experience managing two-wheeler delivery fleets in hyperlocal or quick commerce environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery schedules and workflows.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations and other relevant transportation and safety compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant experience in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to lead and motivate large field teams, manage vendors, and handle on-ground escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in using fleet management or logistics software and basic MS Office tools.
- Graduate degree in logistics, operations, business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred.
