Your role is to meet them in person, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
No moving experience needed, we’ll train you.
What You’ll Get
- Base salary of $35,000 + uncapped bonus
- On-target earnings: $70,000 – $80,000+

What You’ll Do
In the Field
- Meet customers at their homes or businesses (appointments are provided)
- Walk through what they’re moving and assess their needs
- Build clear, accurate moving estimates
- Recommend additional services that make their move easier
- Help customers feel confident choosing us
In the Office / Between Appointments
- Enter customer details and prepare estimates in our system
- Follow up via phone, email, and text to close sales
- Coordinate and schedule booked moves
- Track your performance and stay organized
Community & Business Development
- Participate in local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in the Raleigh-Durham area
- Build relationships with local businesses and referral partners
What Helps You Succeed
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Comfortable talking to new people and building trust quickly
- Confident asking for the sale (we’ll coach you)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Tech-comfortable (able to use apps/software on the go)
- Professional and respectful in customers’ homes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow
