<li>Recruiting and onboarding of new employees</li>
<li>Training of new employees</li>
<li>Quality control</li>
<li>Employee performance review</li>
<li>Employee retention and experience</li>
<li>Scheduling</li>
<li>Customer service </li>
</ul><div><strong>Assistant Manager Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm</li>
<li>Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability)</li>
<li>Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED </li>
