This is not a “click-and-launch” performance marketing role — it’s a chance to take full ownership of UA strategy and be a key part of the game team. You’ll work closely with product, creatives, and BI to drive not just installs, but long-term growth, player experience, and company impact.

📈 What you’ll be doing:

As UA Manager, you’ll go beyond campaign execution — collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape how the game grows. You’ll think holistically about how each UA decision affects user experience, game design, and long-term business goals.

• Own paid and organic UA for your game — from strategy and execution to performance analysis and optimization
• Set up, monitor & analyze mobile user acquisition campaigns & ASO experiments
• Evaluate key performance metrics and continuously optimize user funnels
• Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure feature or campaign impact
• Collaborate with creative marketing, BI, and product teams to align UA strategy with game goals and content
• Keep up with UA market trends and platform changes to ensure we’re always one step ahead
• Manage budgets and prepare dynamic media plans across UA channels
• Regularly report performance and insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations

🔎 What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with mobile user acquisition in all major channels (Meta, Google, Unity, etc.)
• Deep understanding of mobile marketing tech — attribution, conversion tracking, SKAdNetwork, etc.
• Proven ability to develop and execute UA strategy, not just manage performance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a product-mindset approach
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments and taking full ownership
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills — especially with creative and product teams

🏅 Bonus points:

• Experience with or interest in ASO
• Background in gaming or passion for games
• Curiosity and proactivity in testing new tools, formats, or approaches
