You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and have a direct impact on how we reach and engage our global audience.

  • Performance analysis & reporting: Track key metrics, measure performance, and recommend next steps
  • Leverage AI and new technologies to improve marketing processes, automate where possible, and stay ahead of the curve
  • Stay on top of new tools, channels, innovations and marketing trends to bring fresh ideas into the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, paid media, product, SEO) to maximise the impact of growth initiatives
  • Own projects from end to end, maintaining speed, attention to detail, and a mindset of continual learning

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, customer growth and eager to explore new channels and tactics
  • Highly competent with data-informed decision making - ability to extract key insights from available quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Familiarity with a range of marketing channels (e.g., paid social, search, partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate, organic strategies)
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Comfortable experimenting with new tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel/Sheets)
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change, always ready to pivot based on results
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Bonus Skills (not Required, But Beneficial)

  • Experience with international marketing or launching into new markets
  • Basic skills in content creation (e.g. social media, blog posts, landing pages, ad copy)
  • Familiarity with low-code / no-code tools & platforms (e.g., Zapier, Webflow, Framer)
