Copywriter

A digital marketing agency is seeking a part-time, remote Copywriter to develop persuasive and conversion-focused ad scripts and captions for campaigns on YouTube and Meta. This role involves creating attention-grabbing hooks, layered messaging, and compelling calls-to-action tailored to various ad formats. The copywriter will collaborate closely with creative and ad operations teams, while continuously refining messaging based on campaign performance data. Experience writing for UGC-style content and short-form video scripts is beneficial, as is familiarity with advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager or YouTube Ads. This is a performance-driven role suited for a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct response copywriting, specifically for YouTube and Meta ads
• Proven ability to write compelling ad copy for multiple formats and platforms
• Strong grasp of performance-driven messaging, including hooks, layered narratives, and CTAs
• Ability to revise copy based on performance insights and feedback
• Familiarity with UGC-style ads and short-form video scriptwriting is a plus
• Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and/or YouTube Ads is advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2-level fluency required)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote work environment
