Position Summary

Twin Liquors, LP is seeking a highly driven and experienced State On-Premise Director to lead and grow our on-premise alcohol sales business across the state of Texas. This role is responsible for managing all on-premise sales activities, leading the on-premise sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with the largest and most influential customers in the market.

The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong relationships within the Texas hospitality ecosystem, and a proven ability to build and execute a statewide sales strategy targeting restaurant groups, bars, entertainment venues, and event-driven accounts.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive statewide on-premise sales strategy for Texas, aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Own revenue performance and sales targets for all on-premise channels statewide.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to expand market share in key Texas metropolitan areas.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the statewide on-premise sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Establish clear sales goals, territory plans, and performance metrics for team members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to strengthen Twin Liquors’ on-premise sales organization.

Key Account Development

  • Personally manage and grow relationships with the largest and most strategic on-premise customers in Texas, including:
    • Restaurant chains and multi-unit operators
    • High-volume bars and nightlife groups
    • Event centers, arenas, and entertainment venues
    • Hospitality management companies
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs with major accounts.

Market Relationships & Industry Presence

  • Leverage existing relationships and build new partnerships within the Texas on-premise market.
  • Serve as the primary Twin Liquors ambassador to key hospitality decision-makers, suppliers, and industry organizations.
  • Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and evolving customer needs.

Execution & Operational Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supplier partners, operations, and e-commerce teams to deliver best-in-class service and program execution.
  • Drive successful rollout of supplier initiatives, menu placements, and event activations.

Digital & E-Commerce Growth (Plus)

  • Support growth of Twin Liquors’ B2B capabilities, including e-commerce solutions for on-premise customers.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize ordering, fulfillment, and account engagement through digital platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in alcohol beverage sales, with significant focus in the on-premise channel.
  • Strong existing relationships within the Texas on-premise market (restaurants, bars, venues, hospitality groups).
  • Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing statewide or large-territory sales strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, supplier networks, and distributor dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or selling into major restaurant chains or multi-unit hospitality operators.
  • Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms and digital ordering solutions.
  • Background in strategic account management and large contract negotiations.

Physical Requirements

· The ability to occasionally twist, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl.

· The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

· The ability to work 8 hours at a time.

· The ability to work on all weekdays. 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has individuals reporting directly to them.   

Expected Hours of Work

A typical work week includes Monday-Saturday (the days and times may vary due to schedule; business is closed every Sunday).  

Travel

Extensive travel within multiple Texas locations in all major cities/regions.
