PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Standard off-site office work with ability to get hands dirty as needed
- Distribution hub atmosphere overseeing the day to day activities of a small team that includes receiving, storing, picking, and loading and unloading of freight.
- Overall seeing the warehousing functions in both Mitchell and Elkton to include the planning functions of Mitchell
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to high places, fumes or airborne particles and/or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the plant environment is usually loud but normal noise levels at distribution hub site.
