The candidate will also serve as the team's resident React and front-end expert, mentoring engineers of all levels on front-end best practices and guiding the evolution of Segment's user interfaces. Responsibilities In this role, you'll: Leverage your excellent communication and written skills to articulate the "why" of the solution you are proposing, and have a good understanding of your team's priorities and the customer impact. Mentor engineers of all levels on React and front-end development and best practices.
