Join the team as our next Staff Product Manager - Twilio Segment’s Product team. Segment is the world’s leading CDP with over 25,000 customers today, with a focus on customer data infrastructure to power amazing customer experiences—data up versus campaign down. The demand for customer data infrastructure is set to grow +34.6% YoY to $15.6B by 2026. Globally, 93% of companies are expecting to grow their CDP budget over the next 3 years. This presents an amazing opportunity to capture this market opportunity and continue to lead the CDP space. As a staff PM at Twilio, you will be responsible for leading by example, building high impact products with hands-on execution. You will drive the product vision, roadmap and create scalable and innovative solutions. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Craft Twilio Segment’s product strategy with regards to changing global data compliance & privacy landscapes (EU GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA etc) Own our existing GDPR-user-deletion functionality & end to end data management efforts along with driving Segment’s data retention strategy. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the product development cycle to align, build and deliver the right privacy & compliance primitives Drive the strategic direction and coordinate efforts around new opportunities for the platform, including strategic cross team infra cost savings efforts. Unlock key privacy and compliance-sensitive products and features to drive monetization opportunities for large enterprise customers. Take a hands-on approach to ensure product development stays on track, removing obstacles and addressing issues as they arise. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, stay ahead of competitors, and ensure Twilio’s products remain competitive and cutting-edge. Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product improvements. Required: Experience & Background:: 8+ years of product management and/or experience managing complex technical products preferably in the data compliance and governance space. Curiosity: Understanding and curiosity around the evolving customer data landscape and various regulations and technologies Congeniality: Experience brainstorming vague ideas and turning them into concrete specs working with engineering and design teams Clarity: Excellent written and communication skills Adaptability: Good at dealing with ambiguity and clearly synthesizing actionable next steps
