About the role

As a Staff Product Manager on the Operations & Infrastructure team, you will help drive the strategic direction and technical execution of our internal tools, processes, and systems that power the Twilio business. This includes owning and evolving products that enable critical functions like security, compliance, finance, IT, and people operations. You'll work cross-functionally with leaders across the company to identify, prioritize, and deliver highly impactful solutions that scale with Twilio's rapid growth. What You'll Do: • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of internally-facing operations and infrastructure products. This includes defining the vision, conducting user research, prioritizing features, and delivering high-quality solutions. • Partner closely with engineering, design, and other functions to build and iterate on products that delight our internal customers and drive meaningful business impact. • Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions about feature prioritization, product performance, and user satisfaction. • Advocate for the needs of internal customers and drive alignment across the company on product initiatives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform your product strategy. • Foster a highly collaborative and inclusive product development process. What You Bring: • 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a track record of delivering high-impact products and solutions. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and translate complex systems, processes, and requirements. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience working in an agile environment and using data-driven decision making. • Passionate about building products that enable and empower internal customers. • Bonus: Experience working on internal tools, processes, or infrastructure products.
