About the Role
StudyAuracle.com is seeking dedicated and result-oriented Online Tutors to deliver high-quality academic instruction to national and international students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject expertise, clear communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve academic excellence. Success in this role is reflected through student progress, engagement, retention, and positive parent feedback.
Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging and interactive online classes via Zoom/Google Meet
• Teach assigned subjects with conceptual clarity and exam-oriented approach
• Prepare lesson plans, practice worksheets, and assessments
• Assign and review homework regularly
• Track student performance and provide structured feedback
• Support students in competitive exams, school curriculum, and skill development
• Maintain professional communication with parents and coordinators
• Ensure punctuality and consistency in scheduled classes
• Customize teaching strategies according to individual student needs
• Encourage critical thinking, confidence, and academic discipline
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subject (B.Ed preferred for school subjects)
• CA / CMA / CS qualification preferred for Commerce subjects
• Prior teaching experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms
• Ability to teach international curriculum (IGCSE / CBSE / ICSE / HSC / IB preferred)
• Professional attitude and commitment to long-term association
