Tuition Highway is looking for a detail-oriented recruitment professional to help us source, screen, and onboard online tutors for international students.
This role is ideal for someone who understands education recruitment and can build a strong tutor pipeline across subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Psychology, and other school-level subjects.
Key responsibilities:
* Source tutors from India through LinkedIn, job portals, teacher groups, referrals, and online communities
* Screen tutor profiles for subject expertise, curriculum fit, communication skills, availability, and online teaching experience
* Coordinate demo classes and collect evaluation feedback
* Manage tutor onboarding, documentation, availability, and training coordination
* Maintain a subject-wise tutor hiring tracker
* Build a ready pool of tutors for urgent requirements
* Follow up consistently with candidates and internal teams
What we are looking for:
* Prior experience in recruitment, HR, academic coordination, or tutor/teacher hiring
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Good understanding of online tutoring or education services
* Ability to judge candidate quality beyond just the CV
* Comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn, job portals, and online communities
* Organized, practical, and able to work independently
Preferred but not required:
* Experience hiring tutors for IGCSE, GCSE, A-Levels, IB, CBSE, American curriculum, or international online tutoring
* Experience working with edtech companies, tutoring academies, schools, or education recruitment agencies
