Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Tutor at UnboundYou. As a Tutor, you will work closely with IGCSE students, providing live, one-on-one instruction tailored to their individual needs and learning styles. Your responsibilities will include planning personalized tutoring sessions, explaining concepts in clear terms, supporting students with challenging topics, and sharing effective exam strategies. You will also encourage students to build confidence, enhance their academic performance, and foster a positive approach to their studies.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach IGCSE courses effectively
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to adapt to various learning styles
• Proficiency in planning lessons, explaining concepts, and providing constructive feedback
• Experience with online tutoring tools and platforms
• Passion for education and the ability to motivate students
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; teaching certifications are a plus
• Flexible availability to accommodate students in various time zones
